How you can support the club

The club, as so many clubs, businesses, and groups are these days, is feeling the effects of the current tough economic times. In order to remain open, let alone to grow, we need as much help as possible. The committee has identifed several priorities of help that are needed.

1) Entertainment
A lot of members have stated that they would like to see more entertainment at the club especially on a Saturday evening. Unfortunatly the club cannot currently pay performers to appear, but would urgently like to hear from ANY bands or entertainers who would be able to perform for a weekend afternoon or evening.
Music can be pop, rock, classical, folk, jazz, in fact anything suitable for a family audience.
Entertainment can be dance, theatre, stand up comedy, childrens, or again, anything else that is suitable for a family audience.
There is a small stage and dancefloor.
Entertainment needs to be booked a couple of weeks in advance so that we can publicise the event. Although we cannot currently pay entertainers, we will certainly publicise you across town and on the website and Facebook, and if possible provide you with free gig photos for your later use as well.
